Why a virtual office?
Many foreigners:
Have a company in Colombia and work from home (digital nomads), but usually do not want to publish their home address for security reasons.
Are not in Colombia for a long time so that important mails remain unanswered.
Register their private address as a company address and change their place of residence so they must also adjust the company address in the commercial register each time, which results time-consuming and brings extra expenses.
Have home offices and rarely have to meet customers in person so they usually neither do not want to receive customers at home nor do not have a suitable meeting room available.
Might get a potential customer who spontaneously decides to visit the company without registering. With a home office, this is very uncomfortable because you don’t want to receive a new customer in your private apartment.
What do we offer?
You can register your company on our address. Our office has normal opening hours Monday to Friday. If a customer stops by spontaneously, we can receive them and contact you immediately.
We can accept the mail, store it, forward it to you or, if you wish, scan it and send it by e-mail. Individual solutions are possible.
If you only need a meeting room from time to time, you can reserve it with us and receive your customer professionally. there is a large screen that you can use for presentations. Drinks are of course available.
Special requests can be arranged individually.
Location:
Our small but fine office is centrally located in Envigado, near the city park. Parking garages are available 50 meters from the office. We are a small attorney’s office and not a shared office complex in a typical Poblado skyscraper. Which is why we can also offer moderate prices. The ambience is very pleasant and the furnishings are modern and well-kept.
Prices:
Print and mount the company sign: one-off $180,000 COP.
Postal service: basic price $35.000 COP monthly (poste restante).
Mail scanning and forwarding: depending on volume and frequency.
Mail forwarding: Depending on volume and frequency.
Meeting room rental: First hour: $85.000 COP (additional hour $60.000 COP).
The minimum contract period for the virtual office is 6 months.
